Hi, not sure why I can't get these values to sort in order!

I was trying to create a chart with the top three vales of each category but could not get it to work so I then tried to do the same thing in a pivot table and the same issue is happeneing.

Here is the table. You can see that the results start off sorting but then half way down the list it mixes up the values

I have tried using a sort expression

=FieldValueCount('Response_Level_2') +rank(sum(Ans_Minutes))

But not getting anywhere - can you help.

BTW try to eliminate syn key (it may cause some unexpected effects)
