Hi,

As per my knowledge following are the answers of your questions.

Any Correction in it is highly appreciated .

Multiple Protocols for client communication with QVS are as follows

1) QVP-It is encrypted ,binary and communicates directly with the QVS on port 4747.

2) QVPX-It is not encrypted ,xml,communicates with the QVS using http/https through a web server.

Diiferent communication encryption for Windows Client and Ajax Client are

HTTP

HTTPS

*SNMP

*Kerberos

*NFS

*DMS

Value with (*) marked need to be verified.

If Qlikview Server is not within the same domain as the user clients ,so the logged on user is considered

as anonymous .

Anonymous user requires no authentication .
