For Tabrow Style theme to apply to the new document you must go into Document Settings and reapply the theme for the Tabrow Style 'Oblique' to take affect. Seems like a bug as the User Preference setting should apply all properties of the Theme file. Unfortunately it seems selective. Has anyone else run into this?
