Is it possible to Sort “legend” in ascending Order and Bar Chart Values in descending order

Hi,

Yes it is possible go the chart properties window -> in presentation -> show legend option -> click on settings button -> there you see many settings if you want to reverse the legend tick mark on reverse order then you see the values are in reverse.

Sorry, my prob is to sort the values in ascending order and legend in alphabetical order

Hi,

Go to properties-->select Sort Tab-->enable the sort by options likeY values.then u can able to change the order like Assending and Desending modes of Barchart and Legend.

Hi,

Go to Sort tab where you can find sort order as ascending or descending for text, numeric value, expression etc.

Chart ->properties-->select Sort Tab-->Legend Dimension Field On Top->Text (A-Z)
