Use Layout on other file

Hi,

I got a QlikView qvw file with all layout elements for another existing QlikView file. Now I try to use the complete layout on the existing file but it doesn't work. No pictures and colours are transferred. I used the "export document layout" but clicking on "import document layout" in my existing file it doesn't even recognize the saved xml files. Copy and paste isn't working for me because I have a lot of new variables created that I cannot transfer to the layout file.

Well that doesn't work. It opens my file where I try to use the new layout completely as the file I got the layout from but without any objects.

u must be missing something..or u need something else.......
