Subtotal and Grand Total

I am sure I am missing something here, I would like to display sub-total and grand total in my pivot table where sub-total is at top of each group, while grand total is at bottom of the table (see a screenshot from my Excel). However, I cannot seem to find a way to do this in QV, will someone be able to point me to the right direction?

There is only one setting for top/bottom and it applies to all levels of totalling.Unless someone has a brilliant workaround, I am afraid that there is no simple way of doing what you want.
