problems with sending bookmark via ie-plugin

Hi,

we use qlikview 11 enterprise edition in our company and we face problems with ie-plugin. when we send bookmarks via ieplugin with the option " mail with bookmark as a link" to other users that links cant be opened. on the other hand when we use full browser option, chrome, the links sent by users can be opened. links are produced ie-plugin and chrome are different. what could be the problem? why the links are created by ie-plugin cant open?

One thing that comes to mind: does the party receiving the link have the QlikView IE plugin installed?

yes, the user try to open the link also has ie-plugin installed.

Do you have a dedicated web server for Access Point?

I have this kind of problem. The URL link contains the QV Server name and not the QV WEB server name.

With AJAX Client, there is no trouble.
