Load Where Match

I have looked through the forums and found the advice on how to load specific (Or exclude specific as the case may be) records from a qvd and it seems very simple, but i cannot get it to work - I get the error listed below the example. What am I missing?

Error in expression: ')' expected

I figured it out, single quotes '10313_905_2' required,

and ...')>0; required at end
