    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi Friends,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am struggling to find a solution for an unprecedented problem. The issue is one of the user in my organisation is not able to open a document in access point.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Although she was able to use/open it 2 weeks ago. I have checked the following to make sure these are not the cause of error.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1. She has access to the application.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2. Her name is present in the distribution list.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3. We have sufficient number of licenses.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;4. IE plugin and Ajax are installed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;5. Section Access doesn't restrict her.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please help if you have faced similar issues.
