We have now used NTLM in qlikview web server. But we have a requirement where apache comes into picture with qlikview servers.

Apache will not support NTLM for reverse proxy. So we wished to switch to basic authentication in qlikview web server.

So any help in configuring basic authentication in qlikview web server?

Thanks

Supriya

You can use Microsoft Basic Authentication but the communication is not encrypted. So to have encrypted communication you will need to establish a trust between the QlikView Web Server and Apache using Certificates.
