Custom Format Cells in Pivot Table

Hi guys, a very quick one hopefully,

I'm trying to change the colour of the top left cell in a pivot table when I have more than one dimension represented down the side.

I'm also try to remove the thick border having a dimension on each axis creates.

I've already used the custom format cell to make those dimensions blue. Unfortunately this doesn't solve my problem.
