unknown user authentication

Hi,

I have a published file which i have authenticated to some user through named cal and document cal and also mentioning those users in the section access.

Now when i check server performance qvw which allows me to see which user has accessed that file at what time then i can see some unknown user which is not allowed to see that file has accessed that file ..ANd he has some none type cal.. Now some plz can tell what does that mean and how is he able to access that file..

Any help would be appreciated

Dear Sudeep,

Use DMS authorization in QMC->System tab-> Security

DMS authorization (QlikView controls file access)

Give access in Document tab-> User Documents

Use Authorization in application which you want to give to user.
