How To Send Table Records Via Email Alert?

Dear Community,

I am able to perform alerts via email. In my scenario ----

I have generated a table based on some condition (say durationofdays>3).

Whenever the alert is triggered (durationofdays>3), an email is sent to the recipient.

The problem is that this works fine only if I one record matching the alert criteria.

How can I get QV to send all the records of the table to the email recipient, preferably without using macros.

Any suggestions or comments?
