Reload disabled in QlikviewAccessPoint/ Open in server?

Dear All,

I have created a Qlikview project which i access it in Access Point. in the Qlikview document, it consist of parameters for user to pick up the date for retrieving the data they need. It work fine when using desktop client version. but when in Qlikview Access Ppoint or i open up the document "Open in Server". the reload function is disabled. So i have no idea how to make it alive...

i sincerely hope that any of you can provide me some advices. Thank you always.

Hi,

You can use the EDX to reload the QVW at the Access point by the user. I doubt user will be able to reload by other means.
