Issue with scroll bars

We have developed a dashboard and published on the publisher. We have a button to fit the data to the screen. Offshore team is able to see the dashboard perfectly but some of the onshore users are facing an issue with the scrollbars. They are not able to see the scroll bars on their container objects.The scroll bars are visible after selecting and deselecting some filters randomly. Other dashboards are working fine with the same resolution.

User is accessing the dashboard through IE Plugin in the browser. Please check the user’s machine configurations below:

Resolution: 1600 x 1200

OS: Windows XP

IE: IE8

Offshore also have the same configurations except the resolution which is 1024*768. We tried to change the resolution on onshore machines but it did not work.

Could anyone help me on this.

Make sure that they use IE Plugin and also verify that the Build (Such as QV 10 SR3 Build 9061 as an example) is identical in the Desktop application, the Server's and the IE-Plugin.
