    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have inherited a QlikView installation and have an issue that properly started as user error, but now seems more of a system issue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Some of the named users who have been assigned CALs &lt;SPAN style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif';"&gt;have been quarantined for deletion.&lt;/SPAN&gt; &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif';"&gt;I do not want this to be the case, I would like to reinstate them and stop them being deleted.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif';"&gt; &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif';"&gt;The problem - when I click on the blue arrow to "undelete" them, all seems fine until I click apply. At which point they are quarantined for deletion again.&lt;/SPAN&gt; &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif';"&gt;None of the quarantined users can access the QlikView Presentation Document.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif';"&gt; &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif';"&gt;Some of teh quarantined users will remain in quarantine for another 24 hours, but for some, the quarantine period has passed.       <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Weird...sounds like some corruption in the PGO files. If you're OK with reassigning everyone's license from scratch then follow these steps:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Stop the QlikView Server service&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Open C:\ProgramData\QlikTech\QlikViewServer and delete all .PGO files in that folder&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Open your root AccessPoint folder and delete the .PGO files in there too&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Start the QlikView Server service&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Reassign all CALs as needed&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/OL&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Cheers,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Vlad&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
