Expression Error in Bar chart

Hi..

I have two fields source and sales.

I need to plot source in dimension axis and

(count(sales)/sum(count(sales)))*100 in expression axis.But the expression gives error.Pls help..

Hi,

I suggest you need to give expression like

=(count(Sales)/sum(Sales))*100

in place of count just type sum there and see result.

I thenk the expression you want is either

count(sales)/count(TOTAL sales)*100

count(sales)/count(ALL sales)*100

the first one will make the total of the chart always add up to 100 independent of selections, the second one will add up to 100 only with a clear all state.

Hi,

Yes in place of this

=(count(Sales)/sum(Sales))*100

You can use

=(count(Sales)/sum(Total Sales))*100

It is also correct that the johan will sugested.
