You can find the example on your computer only.

Go to c:\ProgramFiles\Qlikview\Examples\Documents\Data Visualization.qvw

Open that qvw file and look for share sheet.

You will find the waterfall model.

To understand the way it works. Go to properties of waterfall model(chart). Go to expression and click on + next to your expression and you will find the bar offset.
