I'm not sure I understood you correctly.

Do you want to use a password to protect your macro code?

You can go to settings - > document Properties -> Security and go for the button 'Module Password'

At the same sheet you could set if a user (instead of an admin) would be able to edit the module

Rgds,

Hi Erich,

I'm referring to the QV behaviour while opening a document with macro: it asks for executing only the secure macros, nothing or alls. If I create the macro code, I don't want to ask anything when I open a document with macro.

Is it possible? Thanks

In this case, as an administrator you will have to change registry keys.

Please, check this article:

http://www.qlikblog.at/523/qliktip-19-suppressing-macrosecurity-module-security-dialog-qlikviewserverqlikviewdocuments/?utm_source=feedburner&utm_medium=feed&utm_campaign=Feed%3A+qlikblog+%28Articles+on+qlikblog.at%29
