How to assign segment name in Stacked graph adjacent to or inside each segment?

Assigning value is known to me.

Not sure I understand your question... If you want to present the dimension label within the bars in a stacked chart, use checkbox "Plot Values inside Segments" in the Presentation Tab.

Using the checkbox "Plot Values inside Segments" in the Presentation Tab displaying the dimension value, not the dimension label.

I don't think plotting Dimension Labels within the charts is possible.
