topic QlikView v10 - W2K8 R2 - Service Accounts in QlikView

We have no previous experience with QlikView and we have an issue installing v10 on a server where it is being deployed to support some financial reporting software. The install will only work if we use the local 'administrator' account. That is, set to 'Log on as' the local 'administrator' acount, not just be an account which is a member of the admin group, but explicitly use the local administrator account

We a) don't want to use that account; b) wouldn't expect to have to. Does anyone know if this is something that 2008 R2 causes, or if we are missing something and can still use an alternative account.

Any suggestions appreciated. Thanks.
