Hi,

Our business included QlikView as part of an internal marketing strategy to increase adoption rates of SalesLogix. We would like to hire a SalesLogix/QlikView partner firm to supply QVDs. What kinds of performance standards and deliverable details should be included in the request for proposal, as it pertains to QVDs.

QVDs are files that contain one QV table. It all depends on your business requirements.

What I mean by QlikView/SalesLogix partner firm is: we prefer to work with a vendor who is an OEM partner/reseller for QlikView and SalesLogix, and who has a track record of implementing QlikView applications with SalesLogix data.

Thanks for that link. It was helpful. It sounds like we need a Loader QVW and a QlikMart. We need something "ready for reporting."

I'm wondering about the hairy details. Do we require "Optimized Load," Dictionary of QVD?....

Sorry for the lag in reply. Hope you already have a solution. But you don't require optimized load or a dictionary of QVDs. Again it's all about the requirements.
