Replace new line with comma

Hi ,

i am taking set of string in input box and replace new line with comma for e.g.

Input box:

Vina Maipo Sauvignon Blanc 75c

Ciroc Green Apple 700ml

Output should be:

(Vina Maipo Sauvignon Blanc 75c,Ciroc Green Apple 700ml)
