      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Check out the self-proclaimed "QlikView Answer-man", Bill Karp, ex-QlikTech consultant's youtube channel.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've watched most of his videos. He's really good. I've learned a ton of shortcuts and have a better grasp on a lot of concepts used in reporting.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;His first few videos cover more of the development side, and torwards the end he covers design.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A class="jive-link-external-small" href="http://www.youtube.com/user/AnswerSharks?ob=0"&gt;http://www.youtube.com/user/AnswerSharks?ob=0&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;He's been posting more recently, so there may be more to come as well.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
