Hi, i am trying to create a quick app to check if our stores are selling products at the correct price.

I have loaded in all my data, and i am displaying various fields in a straight table. Basically all of our shops sell cans of Beer / Lager / Cider as single cans or as a 4pk (A discount is offered as a 4pk) i want to see if they are selling the 4 pks at the correct price. i only need to see 1 instance of each brand, i.e FOSTERS, but obviously each store has multiple FOSTERS transactions per day. I am looking for a way to show only the first transaction where qty = 4 for each brand.

Can anyone help?

Here is a sample.

As you can see there are multiple sales of the same product for multiple stores. I only want each product displayed once for each store when the qty = 4.

Thanks for your help once again 🙂 I can not see how you have done it thought. I mean, i can see the expressions, but what have you done to hide all of the other occurances of each product?

Hi,

There are 3 points for getting the hoped result:

Using a pivot table
In expressions, the If sentence, it limits the records whose Quantity is equal to 4
Using Distinct into the expressions shows only one record for all the similar ones.
