Hi, I need some help with a MULTI BOX.

in my multi box, i have a field named SUB CAT which displays all of our companies CATEGORY NAMES (We have over 200 CATEGORY NAMES). I am writing an application for a department manager who wants to look at all NON SCANNED SUB CATS. So i only want anything with the words 'NON SCANNED' to be displayed when he clicks on Sub Cat.

I am relatively new to QLIKVIEW so would appreciate some help.

Thanks

It can be something like I've assigned to attachment.

But maybe you need to dig in Security Access direction. There is a possibility to hide part of your data from End User, when data is not just non visible from UI, it's just not accessible for an user at all.
