No wonder that anecdotical statistics indicates a 70% failure rate in BSC implementation projects.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Don't play with it. BSC looks apparently simple, but it's a complex sistem that is not easy to implement.
