Good Morning,

first of all thank you in advance for your support.

This is my first post here and one of the first week i use Qlik, so i have a couple of question:

1) I have access to our qlik pages on the web using a Mac and Firefox 3.6.6. I can see the pages thru Java option but i can't download or export data into excel file. Does anybody know how to fix it?

2) I have an iPad and i got the Qlik app but it doesn't work.. can you suggest any learning tool?

my users with safari/mac are having the same issue. They are not able to export to excel or open in excel or saver as excel.

I did some test with several browsers and found that with google chrome for mac , the export to excel works ok.

I hoe it will help you.
