Dear users,

I know you can create QVW with Qlikivew Developer / Client, but what is the difference between Qlikview Developer and Qlikview Client. I mainly got this question because of this image:

Qlikview Developer is at the content creater level. This means its the Qlikview desktop application that you are using to create the dashboards. The Qlikview client is the client at the user end. Here its the accesspoint from where the dashboard is accessed which inturn is a browser client that could use IE Plug-ins, Ajax. Also it can be on mobile device or an IPAD

Qlikview developer is actually qlikview enterprise which use to develop application and used by qlikview developer.

he can do any thing .

client are avaiable at qlikview server

which used to access the qvw application from server when they have plug in installed

IE Client -IE plug in required

Ajax client-No plug in reuired

mobile -for using application on mobile
