topic creating previous period comparisons in QlikView https://community.qlik.com/t5/QlikView/creating-previous-period-comparisons/m-p/260162#M1206488 <HTML><HEAD></HEAD><BODY><P>hello</P><P>I have a feild in my data set caller opendate, (set out DD/MM/YYYY) i have drawn various graphs using a selection on this field 9 a range of dates typically 01/01/2010 - 31/05/2010,but wish to show a comparison line with a previous period.</P><P>At this stage I am happy to either do this by entering another set of dates or using the original dates nad minusing a yeaer. I have made the selection using an imput box with a mannualy entered start and endsate and using this to select the dates on an advanced search. Does anyone have any ideas how to acheive this.
