Expand (+) Not working correctly

Hello All,

I created a pivot table that using expand/collapse. When I click on the '+' sometimes it does not expand unless I right click and select Expand All. I am using QV 9.

Here is an example:

Does anyone have advice?

Hi,

Just clicking on the expand/collapse icon will return to the previous expand/collapse view, and if you want to "drop down" a whole level, you need to right click and specify "Expand All".

Are you using the latest version of QlikView SR 3 build 9061? Does that happen only in Server or in Desktop or both?

I had the very same problem in QV9

It was corrected once we updated with QV10 - 10.00.9061.7 SR3

Hopefully that will correct your problem, it certainly did for me.

I am having this issue in QV 11.2 SR1 and QV11.2 SR2 as well. Anyone else with same problem? Any solution?

Yes, been like that as long as I can remember - just got used to it I expect. Currently using QV11 SR2, but was definitely in IR, SR1 & QV10.
