I have a file with a dimension = Year & some others dimensions like month

I want to build a line chart with a comparaison for each month

- my current Year Selection vs Previous Year selection.

How can I assign expression with these 2 values.

Try this solution. You select the current year and you will see that year and the prior year(s) by month. I have created two prior periods but you could have one or many.

Congratulations Greg, I was searching this great solution. I made a small change for get the date of system and not need select the dimension. For example...

=sum({$< year ={$(=Only(Year(Now()))-1)}>} amount)
