Button issue in Qlikview server( for PDF file)

Dear All,

I have an issue when using the button in server whereas it is working fine in the Qlikview desktop.

In my report i have few button are there. if i click on the one of the button it should load the PDF file(static file) in the location. what i did is in the actions tabs --External -> Launch -> Open URL-> Provided the location of the file and it worked fine in the desktop.

when the report is moved into the production it is not working fine as expected.

Can you please help me where i am missing the solution for this issue.

Hi.

Can you elaborate more about 'not working fine as expected' ? Please provide the information about how you collect data (url) to be opened.
I've several action buttons that opens specific url based on aplied filters - all works fine from desktop and server. The only difference is that on server it uses _blank tab (opens the url on other tab of browser).
