Having trouble Excluding one line from a chart using a Button

I have tried Selecting in Field

Field = [ABC] *example*

Search String = [ EC]

and Select Excluding

Field = [ABC] = EC

Nothing is working

Basically I'm trying to exclude this one line and keep everything else

can you pls clarify? what are you trying to exclude the value 'EC' from the field [ABC] or the letters E and C from the field with value 'ABC'
can you explain what Field =[ABC] = EC mean

Basically trying to take EC's numbers from the total which is circled

You could also create a named range that refers to the non-contiguous ranges you want included in the chart. You could then use the named range in your chart, as a reference to the source data.
