Script is unable to load as it states the following - "Syntax Error - Unknown startement"?? Help!

Hi,

I have spent the last hour trying to figure out why my script is not loading. It states that there is a "Syntax error". The script loads fine in Toad Data Point and I normally am able to paste the same script into QlikView, but can't seem to this time. Please help, this is driving me crazy 😞 Thank you so much in advance! SQL and screenshot of error is attached.
