Capture user id and selection made through that user id

I wanted to capture user id and selection made through that user id.

For example User1 made selection on year-2021 and country-USA. likewise whatever selection are done by other users, even I need to capture that as well.

I wanted to get the user ID and selection done by user and store that back into a qvd file
