Expression Overview is blank in multiple apps with several expressions

Hi,

I'm having an issue in multiple apps which I'm opening in QlikView Desktop (tried version 12.10, 12.0) and in each case the Expression Editor opens right away but is blank:

I have reloaded without section access but this does not change. I then reloaded without section access and unticked the data reduction by section access in the document properties. I feel like I'm missing something simple but I don't get it.

Any help would be appreciate, or otherwise, an alternative method for changing expressions en masse! (They're big apps!)

Update: whilst disabling section access didn't do the job, explicitly giving myself the admin role in section access did - so if anyone encounters the same issue, there's the solution!

Unfortunately, that didn't work for all apps. I'm still stuck!

Turns out it *did* work, but I didn't re-enter the document once reloaded, meaning the admin changes didn't apply. D'oh.
