Need Above and Below Expression Help

Hi Team,

I have Yearwise and Monthwise DOJ and DOL Data.

I know my current month Head Count for the Org. On the behalf of that Head Count I want an expression like :

July 2021 till Date Head Count is 2000 That is Ok. Now for June Month = July Month HC + July Month DOL - July Month DOJ

Now for May Month = June Month HC + June Month DOL - June Month DOJ

Now for Month April = May Month HC + May Month DOL - May Month DOJ

Now For After July means August Month = July Month HC + July Month DOJ - July Month DOL

For September = August Month HC + August Month DOJ - August Month DOL

For October = September Month HC + September Month DOJ - September Month DOL

Till Below and Above , I need an expression.
