Calculo de Inadimplencia acumulada / problem related to default (non payment)

Olá pessoal,

tenho um problema relacionado a inadimplência, que é o seguinte:

Se uma pessoa deve um boleto em janeiro e for pagá-lo em dezembro, significa que ele ficou o ano inteiro devendo (todos os meses devem exibir o boleto dele)

Se um outro cliente ficar devendo em fevereiro e pagar em março, o gráfico deve refletir esses dois casos.

Alguém tem alguma ideia de como fazer?

Vou anexar um excelzinho com a estrutura típica q eu possui (e umas observações que fiz manualmente).

I have a problem related to default (non payment), which is as follows:

If a client owes a payment slip in January and is going to pay it in December, it means that he owed the entire year (every month they must show his debt)

If another customer is in debt in February and pays in March, the chart should reflect these two cases.

Does anyone have any idea how to do it?

I'll attach an excel sheet with the typical structure that I have in my database (and some observations I made manually in portuguese ).
