Hi guys,

I have a issue with Qlik Nprinting Web Engine Service and Qlik Nprinting Scheduler Services.

Unable to sart services either by dos or by adinistrative tools 😕

Can you help me ?

@Fanch What version of NPrinting are you currently running in your environment? Can you attach the Web Engine and Scheduler logs to the thread?

I've seen this when postgres processes were still seen running in task manager. once those were killed, servers restarted.

@Lucas_Gatling, the version of Qlik Nrpinting Engine Novembre 2020 and Qlik Nprinting Server Novembre 2020 is 20.29.3.0; I've seen that of Qlik Nrinting Designer which is 19.29.3.0. is this diffirence have a link with my issue ?

@stevejoyce, Kill of postgres processes, with or wothout restarting server...Same issue in this 2 cases

Updating Qlik Nrinting Designer by version 20.29.3.0

Always the same issue ☹️
