Allow only one chart to be filtered at given time

Hello,

I would like to use some set analysis, to prevent other charts than the one on which filter has been applied from filtering.

Tried some set analysis with {1} and other like with field=$::field but they let other charts filter or I lose background colours on filtered chart.

Lets imagine I got one table with 5 variables and I create 5 charts with that - Var1 up to Var5

How to use set analysis the way only chart on which someone applied filter is being filtered, rest stay as they are?

Can't create new alternate state and put it in every single chart - did that but it made application performance way worse

still what you describe is exactly what alternate states are there for...

Have you idea why creating alternate states for each chart decrease performance rapidly?

I got like 80 charts within entire dashboard

I'd be fine with alternate states as long as they doesn't make my dashboard laggy
