Explore a destination without active accounts

Hi at all,

There are directions for them there is traffic from different accounts. It often happens that 2-3 accounts per direction make a picture of the traffic. The task is to cut off these active accounts and count the number of calls and much more without them. How can I do that?

its hard to picture what you are saying, it may be clear to you as you may have seen the data multiple times but for someone coming from the cold this is very hard to understand. can you show a table of the data and based on the sample what the objective is?
