How to create categorization field based on other fields

Hi All,

i have a requirement for developing the below attached screen shot.

2 dimensions, 3 metrics we have implemented in this screen shot.

But here issue is Green, Yellow and Red colors represent the categorization.

Categorization Logic:

Actual >= target and [forecast actual] >= [forecast target] then Green

Actual >= target and [forecast actual] < [forecast target] or

Actual < target and [forecast actual] >= [forecast target] then Yellow

Actual < target and [forecast actual] < [forecast target] then Red

How we will do categorization, is this possible to implement at chart level or at scripting level?

if scripting level, how to do? and if chart level how to do?

Can you let me know correct one please?
