Exclude value from dimension (freeze for filters)

Hi all !

I have a pie chart with one dimension "=[LINE-Packaging line]" and one measure "=[TU]".

I also have a filter on my sheet for the packaging line and when the filter is activated it also updates the pie chart.

I don't want the pie chart to be updated when the filter is activated and I don't know how to properly write it in the measure expression and there is only the column name.

Could you please help ?

Hello @Frinolav, thank you for posting on the community! You can set a new "alternate state" and assign it to the chart you don't want to update. Have a look at our documentation on Using alternate states for comparative analysis. Cheers! 🙂
