System error: failed to open file in write mode for file

Hi everyone,

Recently I upgrade my qlikview server version to May 2021, but now when i run an app in qlikview desktop on qlikview server i got this error:

Cannot open file 'F:\Reportes\Reporte.csv'

system error: Failed to open file in write mode for file :'F:\Reportes\Reporte.csv'

STORE Reporte into [F:\Reportes\Reporte.csv](txt, delimiter is '|')

but when I run the app in qmc, the task runs succesfully.

somebody knows what happens?

Your user may have lost the proper access-rights to this directory or the file is locked from another process - probably from the qvb.exe.

To check the access-rights you may for a test just change the file-name to ...ReportTEST.csv ... In regard to a possible locking I would restart the server-services, the sever-machine, the file-storage-machine - in this order if the previous step didn't help.
