      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Do you mean that you want to display the data as a tree view as shown in your image?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can do that by creating a concatenate field from the 4 fields with a separator character (usually /, but can be other if required). Create a list box for this field, and then in the list box Properties | General, check 'Show as TreeView' and enter the separator character that you used.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hope that helps&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Jonathan&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

Perhaps there's a macro guru who could figure out how to do it in the API, but I suspect not.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What about using a pivot table and making the selections in there?
