topic Partial reload - Replace in QlikView

Hi,

I've never used a partial reload. I understand the 'Add' part, but what if there where updates (and maybe even deletions) on my data set - and I only want to process those amended records?

Can I do that with the Replace part? Maybe I dont quite understand it.

Thanks

"Add Load" will just append records to the table.

"Replace Load" will replace the entire table.

"Merge Load" will probably do what you want.

https://help.qlik.com/en-US/cloud-services/Subsystems/Hub/Content/Sense_Hub/Scripting/ScriptPrefixes/Merge.htm
