Check Condition per one dimension in pivot table

Hi Everyone, hope you can help me.

I Have a Pivot Table with Two Dimension (Branch and Product Sub Group) and One Expression (%Sales Achievement).

I need to Indicate the branches that their %Achievement in all Sub-Categories are More Than 100%.

I've Tried Aggr() Function but It doesn't Work.

I Attach a Picture Of What I Want.

Does anyone here has Idea?
