    <description>&lt;P&gt;there really is no concept of extra rows.&amp;nbsp; if the join results in multiple rows then there is no distinction whether the first is the valid row and the second an extra row.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;one way is to add a unique row ID, Rowno() to the main table.&amp;nbsp; then after the left join you can count the number of occurrences of the row number, this will allow you to identify multiple rows&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;A got record 5000 when doing left join with B ,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Please assist with a query that will give me the results of extra rows.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
