How do I go about comparing something like this.

So in a household , there can be several orders, however they might or might be active(completed in this case) or closed(terminated).

How do I go about comparing the terminate_date from the previous order if they are closed to the create_date of the order, so if the create_date is after the terminate_date from the previous row, it should Qualify as a yes.
